Among many traditional festivals in Viet Nam, Tet holiday is the most important one. The season of Tet occurs around the beginning of January and the end of February. This is a special occasion for Vietnamese families to reunite. All the family members prepare for Tet together. They clean and decorate their house with fiowers and kumquat, buy new clothes and make traditional dishes. On Tet holiday, Vietnamese people have many typical activities. Children are given lucky money. Young people take part in the traditional games. Adults often visit their relatives and go to the pagoda to wish for good things. I love Tet holiday because on this occasion, I can spend more time with my family and friends.
